Finding a good Flat in HSR on rent is a real pain in a** even if you find a 2bhk or 3bhk it again becomes difficult to find a good flatmate having similar preferences.
Hello Readers, I am Mayank Makhija I moved to Bangalore almost 7 months back, and when I was planning to come as everyone does I joined Facebook groups, and explored google but couldn’t find any possible breakthrough. Then I decided to go and chose to visit physically and book. So I booked a hotel in Marathalli – that’s what I used to say earlier but it is Marathahalli actually, lol.
Got a place to live – Co-live
So I left for the search and very near to the hotel I got one Coliving space called COLIVE Marathahalli and the rent was 7k + security deposit of 2 months i.e 14k which generally goes upto 6 months in personal flats in Bangalore.
Switching Co-Living
After 2 months I wanted to change the PG because of location and quality issues so found after much efforts finally found Settl. which is one of the amazing Co-livings that I have seen in Bangalore in affordable range the quality and services are good.Here everything was fully managed, the flat was fully furnished. I was having good experience.The rent and security deposit here was almost double but was worth it.We were having a 3 months contract. So towards the end of 3rd month I wanted to go home and meet my family so I vacated the place and went my home in Faridabad,Haryana for a few days and one fine day….
Shifted to New Flat – A flat in HSR
One fine day a friend of mine called up and said “Bro you were looking for a flat na?” My eyes sparkled (because finding a flat in Bangalore is a real pain in a** ) and I immediately replied Yes bro. He was staying in 2BHK and his friend was vacating the same by the end of the month of July and I was coming back on 4th of August. I must say I am lucky that I got a flat in HSR but…
Flat Problems
But new place new challenges. Here nothing was managed and even there was no refrigerator, microwave, or other amenities. So had to struggle a lot initially but you know startup founders are used to handle shit so we accepted and managed to live here and currently managing, I would say the place is good I was just thinking too much. That’s how I found my Flat in HSR.
